The Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant will have responsibilities that include:

• Provide daily secretarial support to Management, handle both business and personal matters
• Organize and manage day-to-day activities, including calendar management
• Liaise with staffs from different departments 
• Work closely with senior managers to provide administrative works
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Job Requirment

• At least 1 years relevant working experience, preferably with experience in Construction industries
• University graduates or above are preferred
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Well versed in MS office, including Word, Excel
• Highly motivated, responsible, detail-minded and well organized with good communication skills
• Hard-working and able to work under pressure
