The Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager will have responsibilities that include:

• Monitor and control site progress

• Measure project performance using appropriate methods and techniques which not limited to ensure safety, budgeting, quality and timeline are well met requirement and scheduled

• Direct Report to managing director about the project progress and any potential project risks

• Responsible for projects on a day to day basis, monitor overall progress and use of resources and to provide corrective reactions where necessary

• Daily visit to the site, regular meeting with site agents / clients to deal with any rising issues or difficulties.

• Supervise the Procurement Department, Drafting Department and Site Management Department and make sure that project progress within the schedule.

• Outdoor work is required and work locations can be varied.

Job Requirment

• Diploma or above in interior design / building studies / architecture or equivalent is preferred (Candidates with strong experience will be also considered)

• At least 2 years solid experience in alum. cladding , curtain wall ,steel frame , glass projects

• Strong technical background and site experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good computer software skills , including Word, Excel and CAD
